The slow-motion movements of Tai Chi provide improved physical movement and help to relieve stress.
We study a modified form Tai Chi Yang style with the emphasis on the health benefits. But to us, the most important thing is that you enjoy your session of Tai Chi whilst practising this ancient Chinese Art.

From September 2023 sessions will be as follows:
Tuesday 9:30 – 10:30 Beginners & 10:45 – 11:45 Intermediate
Thursday 10:00 – 11:30 Experienced
We also run a SEATED Tai Chi session to allow those members with less nimble legs to gain similar health benefits to the Tai Chi members. The seated sessions are held on Thursday afternoons 1 pm – 2 pm at St Aidan’s Hall.
